If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and

instructions. We do not accept items sent back without asking first.

Damages and Issues: Please check your order as soon as it arrives.

Contact us immediately if it is damaged or the wrong item so we can

fix it.

Exceptions: We cannot accept returns on custom products, personal

care goods, hazardous materials, sale items, or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to exchange is to return the item you have.

Once accepted, buy the new item separately.

European Union Rules: If shipping to the EU, you have 14 days to

cancel or return your order for any reason.

Refunds: We will let you know if your refund is approved after we 

inspect your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on

your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15
